« C’était excessivement mal propre. Les tapis, les murs….. Une odeur de humidité et moisissure présente . Meubles très désuets. Nous avions réservé 2 nuits et avons resté seulement une car ça nous écœurait trop. C’est un peu de notre faute, nous voulions une hôtel pas cher…… plus jamais! »

« Pool was down, power went out for 5 hours due to storm. My room had stains on the carpet and sheets. Asked for shower only, 1 king size bed. Instead I got twin beds, and shower and bed combo. Breakfast wasn't bad. »

« Room was ready before usual check in time, helpful when being in town for a sporting event at IWU and being inbetween games. »

« I was only there for 8 hours before our next softball game. The floors were dirty. The counter we put stuff on was dirty. Maybe wax on it couldn’t tell. Red roof is our affordable and clean Hotel for travel but this wasn’t it. We also had to pay an additional $50 and I haven’t seen if they put it back into our account t yet. They must have bad customers but I. Won’t be another »

« Adequate place to stay for a quick family reunion. Not fancy, but clean with a good breakfast. »

« We always feel so at home and comfortable when we stay at College Inn. The breakfast is wonderful and owners are always so quick with communication. We definitely will be returning! »

« The suite we had was clean and cute and had tons of space. i had a nice kitchenette with a sink and dish soap provided which was perfect for us traveling with our baby. The hotel common areas are also clean. The staff were very friendly and answered our question about late checkout. It was a great stay and we will definitely stay there again when we are called to the area. »

« Second stay here. Peaceful and quiet away from it all but still close enough to get somewhere fast. Very chic decorum. Comfortable bed. Great place for 1 or 2 people. Cost effective. »

« The apartment was nice. The only thing we had a problem with is the noise. There was a party downstairs underneath our apartment and it was so loud. We couldn’t even hear the TV. If you’re going for a quiet, relaxing getaway, I’m not sure this is the place. If noises don’t bother you then this is a great place with a great view. I do have to say after we got in touch with the owners they did try to get the party quieted down around 11 p.m. »
